Hillcrest Village tells the story of an innovative housing initiative developed by the community of Northfield, Minnesota. The net-zero neighborhood provides support for families in need of emergency, transitional and long-term housing.

The Community Action Center and neighbors, engineers, architects, environmentalists, social justice advocates and builders tell the story of how they worked together to answer the needs in their community.
