CAC’s Board of Directors Announces Interim Executive Director, Anika Rychner

The Community Action Center (CAC) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Anika Rychner has accepted the role of Interim Executive Director. Our organization has been fortunate to benefit from strong and steady leadership, and Anika has been a vital part of that team as our Senior Director for the last eight years. Her proven leadership at CAC, deep commitment to our mission and core values, and more than 25 years of experience in both direct service and nonprofit leadership make her a natural and trusted fit for this role.
As the Board begins the search for a permanent Executive Director, we are confident that Anika will continue to champion our mission of building a healthy, caring, and just community for all—work that CAC staff carry out with excellence every day.
