We are fortunate to have a caring community that is extraordinarily supportive of our mission and hopes to see our neighbors achieve self-sufficiency. If you’re not already contributing to the Community Action Center, please consider two gifts: an unrestricted gift of money or a or a donation of goods.
Gifts of any amount, particularly unrestricted gifts, allow us to meet the ongoing needs of our clients. Through these gifts we’re able to purchase food for the Food Shelf, gifts for children who participate in Christmas Sharing, provide emergency assistance, and help secure temporary housing for a family fleeing an abusive relationship. In order to make giving a gift as easy as possible, we’re happy to offer several donation options:
- Make a secure, online gift today using your credit card through GiveMN or Network for Good or by calling us at 507.664.3550.
- Write a check (payable to the Community Action Center) and deliver it to our office or mail it to: 1651 Jefferson Parkway, Suite HS-200, Northfield MN 55057.
- Consider a recurring gift by enrolling in our electronic transfer of funds giving program. We’ll automatically deduct a gift (monthly, quarterly, annually — you choose) of whatever amount you decide. For more information, contact Executive Director Jim Blaha at 507.664.3550.
- Make a legacy gift by including the Community Action Center in your will. A bequest ensures support for the organization in the years to come. For more information, contact Executive Director Jim Blaha at 507.664.3550. Thank you for your consideration. We appreciate your support and so do your neighbors!
